Important Information
- All Sales Are Final: No refunds or returns will be issued with the exception that we are not able to locate the item during removal. You will be asked to sign an invoice verifying that you are leaving with all the items you had won.Be aware of what you're bidding on. If you are not sure, don’t bid!
- Inspections Are Important: Schedule an inspection to evaluate the items before placing your bids. Note:Pick-up day is NOT inspection day!
- Photos Are Binding: Auction lots description are written using AI and may contain errors in the descriptions. By bidding, you acknowledge that you are bidding on the items depicted in the photos, not solely on the written descriptions.
Pick-Up & Item Removal
- Pick-Up Schedule: Review the pick-up schedule BEFORE placing any bids. By bidding, you confirm your availability to pick up your items during the designated times or that you have arranged for someone else to do so. Reminder notifications are not guaranteed.
- Packing Materials: No packing materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap) are provided. Ensure you bring your own materials and confirm you have all items before leaving the auction site. We are not responsible for items left behind.
- Large Item Removal:
- Bring adequate assistance for removing large items, as on-site staff cannot guarantee help with lifting, carrying, or moving auction items.
- If you require staff assistance, a $100 fee per bidder applies for moving, lifting, or carrying items on your behalf.
- Larger items may be located on upper or lower levels of private homes. Plan accordingly with an appropriately sized vehicle and assistance.
No-Show Policy
- Invoices not paid and items not picked up by the end of the removal period will be marked asNo Shows.
- Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion.
- No Shows risk having their K-BID account locked and may incur penalty fees to reinstate their account.
Shipping Terms
If shipping is offered, note the following:
- Full Payment Required: All items to be shipped must be paid for in full before shipping.
- Notification: Text612-354-6974with your name, bidder number, and auction title, indicating your request to ship items. Notifications must be received before the pick-up window closes.
- Third-Party Handling: We will deliver your items to a third-party shipping company, such as UPS, within three business days of the pick-up date. Shipping costs depend on size, weight, and other factors (e.g., artwork often incurs higher fees due to size, not weight).
Additional Notes
- Bidders are responsible for verifying pick-up schedules and planning appropriately.
- Ensure you have adequate help and equipment for item removal.
- Review photos carefully before bidding. By participating, you accept the terms outlined above.

Payments accepted:Cash or credit card (CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted. Certified funds required over $5,000.
No Shows:When the scheduled removal window ends, all unpaid invoices will be marked as 'No Shows.' Lots paid for but not picked up are considered abandoned and are disposed of at the discretion of Your Turn LLC.
Late Removals:Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $35 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period. Payment is always required during the removal period.

NUMBER ONE RULE IN BIDDING
Removal Day Is NOT Inspection Day! Once a bid is placed, you are obligated to purchase if you are the winning bidder. Removal Day is not the time to "Change your mind" or decide you "Really don't like it". Failure to purchase for any reason will result in your bidder number being disabled and pending bids cancelled.Our fraud control system will NOT allow you to bid by creating another user account.
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.
K-BID Online, Inc. (K-BID) is responsible for maintaining the K-BID.com website. K-BID.com serves as the venue used by independent auction companies (Affiliates) to present their online auctions to bidders.
K-BID’s role in the auctions listed on K-BID.com is limited to providing the venue for affiliate auctions. Affiliates are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of K-BID Online, Inc. K-BID’s knowledge about individual auctions and individual auction transactions is limited to the information appearing on the website.
By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are responsible for bids placed on their account.
Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids.Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Shipping:
Orders outside theMinnesota Twin Citieswill be shipped via multiple carriers. Sometimes, multiple packages for one person will be shipped by two separate carriers to keep shipping costs down.
Delivery:
Local deliveries will be handled by athird-party contractor.

- Delivery costs may vary based ondistance, stairs, and time frame.
- Both theauction item and freight costmust be paid in full before shipping.
